The petitioner has submitted a representation on 03.06.2025 seeking police protection to conduct Kandoori festival in a Pallivasal and has filed this writ petition on 05.06.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions submits that there are some disputes between two groups and therefore, they have treated the representation of the petitioner in CSR No.22 of 2025 and the issue was amicably between the two groups. According to him there is no impediment for 2/4
grant of permission to the petitioner and permission would be granted today.
