Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 04.03.2017 at 08.00 p.m. to 05.03.2017 till 11.00 a.m. in the petitioner's village namely, Keezha Veeranam, Tirunelveli District for Tiger Sports Club.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Kabadi Tournament in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 15.02.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
