PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.3521 of 2020 IN CRL A(MD)No.219 of 2020: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/Appellant/Accused in Learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram(Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni vide judgment dated 17/03/2020 and enlarge them on bail pending disposal of the appeal and thus render justice.

Pleased to call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in SPL.S.C.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram(Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni vide judgment dated 17.03.2020 and allow the appeal and acquit the Appellant/Accused from the charge leveled against them.

CRL MP(MD) No.6477 of 2020 Mrs.S.BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3521 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.219 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has also admitted the same.

4.Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and he shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
