The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 20.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1108, dated 26.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order, dated 20.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, four months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 20.01.2025. 30.01.2026 cmr To The Judge, Family Court, Trichy.
