ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Solaiyalagupram Project Area, Plot No.66, Madakulam Revenue Village now at Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai.

2. Since the respondent has not executed the sale deed, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 29.01.2025.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2025, and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
