ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 353 and 430 IPC, in Crime No.86 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into account the quantity of contraband involved, this Court dismissed the petitioners' earlier anticipatory bail petition. The petitioners have now renewed their application. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioners are not having any bad antecedents. It is also seen that some of the co-accused were granted bail and some were granted anticipatory bail.

4. Taking into account all these aspects, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and file their regular bail application. The learned Magistrate shall accept their surrender and consider their bail application on the same date of their surrender.
