ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur to expedite the trial in C.C.No.420 of 2014 and complete the process within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.A limited request has been made by the petitioner to the effect that since the case has been registered in the year 2014, without any progress, the same was adjourned frequently. 3.Reading of 'B' diary shows that, the case is pending for the examination of the defence side witnesses. In the meantime, due to the lockdown period, it could not be taken up. 4.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.After disposal of the same on merits, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
