ORDER

The present criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST cases, Theni to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in Crime No.0253 of 2026 on the file of the second responent police.

2. The petitioners are facing allegations under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST cases, 2/4

Theni, to consider the bail application of the petitioners in Crime No. 0253 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police and to accept their surrender on the same day after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
