The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation, dated 30.01.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for issuance of patta in respect of the property situated at Survey No.3/1, Kalpiravu Village, Rajagambeeram Group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Needless to say that it is for the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants, if any. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass an order on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2017 on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
