PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner on 01.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5463 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Hon'ble District Munsif Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District weekly thrice (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) morning 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5463 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 18 days and the petitioner is having 4 previous cases, which are similar in nature.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5463 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
