PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 26.03.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3392 of 2025 the the petitioner shall report before the Hon'ble II Additional District Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai on daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 1/3

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3392 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the petitioner is having 2 previous cases, which are similar in nature.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3392 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025, is relaxed.
