The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider petitioners' representation dated 28.06.2016 and permit the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners to do the daily poojas to the temples namely Arulmigu Kanthari Amman Kovil Mari Amman Kovil and Veerapattrasamy Kovil situated at Sankaralingapuram Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar Distrcit as per the order passed by the Learned Principal District Munsif, Srivilliputhur, dated 29.04.0216 passed in I.A.No.477 of 2016 in O.S.No.142 of 2016.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in this petition, and without going to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 28.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving liberty to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
