ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order made by 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Tha.Na.A.K.TV.129/2015 Dated 02.03.2016 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier, the second respondent, by an order dated 02.03.2016, directed the third respondent to take action against the 4th and 5th respondents. Subsequently, the order was not implemented by the subsequent incumbent in favour of the petitioner.

3.Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that the third respondent will consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
