O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposal of second respondent to impose the 145 order under Cr.P.C in accordance with settled law and within time time limit fixed in the G.O.(Ms)No.66 of 1993, dated 23.02.1993 and 89 of 1999, dated 13.05.1999.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the petition. He would further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.16299 of 2020 submit that the detailed representation has been given to the first respondent on 28.09.2020. So far, the first respondent has not taken any action. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.09.2020 will be considered by the respondents at the earliest.
4. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court is inclined to direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
