Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.01.2017 and to survey and to demarcate the boundary line for his properties in Survey No.195/11B measuring to an extent of 0.03.50 Ares & Survey No.195/11C measuring to an extent of 0.59.50 Ares at 113 Kallikudi Bit II Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and Survey No.10/1 measuring to an extent of 1.34.50 Ares at 114 Thennamanallur Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the properties in Survey No.195/11B measuring to an extent of 0.03.50 Ares and Survey No.195/11C measuring to an extent of 0.59.50 Ares at 113 Kallikudi Bit II Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and Survey No.10/1 measuring to an extent of 1.34.50 Ares at 114 Thennamanallur Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of his representation, dated 21.01.2017. 2.Needless to say that it is for the second and third respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants, if any. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to pass an order on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of rival claimants. Such exercise shall be done by the second and third respondents, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
