ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 201 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.125 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.05.2018, a male dead body was found at lake area . Hence, the respondent police registered a case. Thereafter, the first accused surrendered before the Village Administrative Officer and also confessed that A1 and the deceased were jointly doing business of sending lab assistants to abroad and collecting money from them.

In sharing that money, there was a dispute between the first accused and the deceased. Thereafter, A1 and four others attacked the deceased and due to the injuries sustained by him, he died. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no specific overt act except the confession statement of the first accused. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that the first accused voluntarily surrendered and confessed that the petitioner attacked the deceased by his hand and pushed him to the lake. against the petitioner herein.

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
