This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate legal action based on the complaint dated 28.04.2026.

2. Learned Additional Government (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No. 0155/2026 was registered on 29.04.2026. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the fact that the CSR has already been registered, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to proceed further in accordance with law 2/4

and to consider the petitioner's complaint, taking note of the earlier order dated 01.09.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. (MD) Nos.1117 and 695 of 2024 and W.A.(MD) Nos.1572 and 1573 of 2023.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
