ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14151 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1136 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai on the 1st day of every English Calender month (if is a holiday, then he shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 12/06/2025 / TRUE COPY / /06/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
