In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation, dated 06.02.2017, seeking for refund of the amount already deposited by him in respect of execution of certain work, as contractor. 2.According to the petitioner, he is entitled to get back the amount so deposited as he has completed the work. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Whether the petitioner's claim for refund of the advance amount is justifiable or not, is for the respondent to consider

and decide and therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the same.
