ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent, by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for R1 and R2. In view of the order to be passed notice to R3 is dispensed with.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent.

5. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent, conduct enquiry and thereafter, if any criminal case is made out, take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
