ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2020, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.
