Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P. (MD)No.30239 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded a copy of G.O.Ms.No.400, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 11.07.2024, by which, the Life Convict Prisoner No.100, Sevugaraj had been released prematurely on the occasion of the 115th Birthday of Dr.Peraringar Anna on 15.09.2023.
