By order, dated 27.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.6618 dated 21.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the Order, dated 27.09.2024.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned Principal Special Judge for Trial of EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai time is extended further for a period of three months.
