Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5337/2013/F1 dated 20.12.2018 and quash the same as illegal.
