ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to grant emergency leave without escort to the petitioner's husband namely Kaleeswaran, S/o.Karumegam, C.P.No.2131 now confined at Central Prison, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2025 seeking emergency leave to her husband / convict has been rejected by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 14.06.2025 and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 14.06.2025 before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the second respondent dated 14.06.2025 in the manner known to law, if so desired.
