ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's savings bank account 31433458719 at Nanguneri Branch, Tirunelveli District.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for R2.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition Criminal is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the second respondent has not instructed the first respondent to freeze the account of the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders. In case, if the first respondent is having any doubt regarding the present issue, they are at liberty to approach the second respondent, get clarification and thereafter, consider the representation of the petitioner. The said exercise 2/4

shall be completed within a period four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
