This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar in cancelling 2C patta issued in favour of the petitioner for the reasons stated in the impugned order. 2.It is not in dispute that the impugned order was passed after issuing notice to the petitioner. Therefore, there is no violation of principles of natural justice. When that being the position, as against the order passed by the fourth respondent/Tahsildar, the petitioner has to only file an appeal before the appellate authority. Without doing so, the petitioner has chosen to file the present writ petition, which is not maintainable.
