PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders pursuant to the notice in Na.Ka.No.25202/Aa1/2016, dated 22.08.2016 within a time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final orders pursuant to the notice issued on 22.08.2016.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though such notice was issued and enquiry was conducted, thereafter, the 1st respondent has not passed the final orders so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the respondents 2 and 3 herein if they are not heard so far. Such exercise shall be done by the 1st respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
