Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 06.10.2010, seeking for transfer of the Property Tax No.54000985 and Water Tax No.40078 in the name of Tmt.Lakshmiammal and Property Tax No.54001439 and Water Tax No.40895 in the name of V.Somasundaram.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order of dismissal passed by the respondent, in the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.10.2010.

2. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, which declined to accede with the prayer of the petitioner. No costs.
