ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 27.08.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506 (2), 379 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.406 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the lorry drivers for loading priority at Meelavittan Railway Goddshed. The petitioners have felted stones and damaged the glass of lorries of the defacto complainant, worth about Rs.10,000/-. Hence a case has been registered. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners were absent behind the entire crime and they have only caused damages to the tune of Rs.10,000/- by throwing stones on the window mirror of the lorry.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- jointly in to the Crime Number. On such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following other conditions: (i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tuticorin.

(ii)the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
