According to the Petitioner, his appeal, dated 07.11.2015 in reference AthiMu.No.0385/2016/Peruratchi, dated 12.05.2016, is pending on the file of the First Respondent, without any progress or disposal. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition, praying for passing of an order by this Court, in directing the First Respondent, to dispose of his Appeal, within the time frame to be determined by this Court.

5.Considering the fact that the Petitioner's Appeal, dated 07.11.2015 in reference AthiMu.No.0385/2016/Peruratchi, dated 12.05.2016, is pending on the file of the First Respondent without any progress or disposal, this Court at this stage, simpliciter, without traversing upon the merits and contentions of the Appeal, dated 07.11.2015 in reference AthiMu.No.0385/2016/Peruratchi, dated 12.05.2016, directs the First Respondent, to dispose of the said Appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction(s), this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
