(MD).No.6177/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6417/2022 dated 19.05.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SASIKUMAR.V, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CrlMP(M)No.6177 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6417 of 2022 on 19.05.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CrlMP(M)No.6177 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6417 of 2022 on 19.05.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the committal Court on receipt of summon.
