No appearance for R.2 * * * * * O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 1707/2021 dated 27.11.2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent. 2.The petitioners are the accused persons in Crime No. 1707/2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341, 506(i), 323 of IPC. Seeking quashment of the same, this petition has been filed on various grounds. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report is made ready on 28.03.2023. It will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time.

4.Let the above said final report be presented before the concerned Court immediately, so that the petitioner can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. On filing of final report, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, to process the final report within the time stipulated as per Rules.
