Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in Proc.No.23641/STI/2016 dated 20.07.2016 and quash the same insofar as the name of the writ petitioner in Serial No.46 of the annexure of the impugned order.

O R D E R
The petitioner N.Valluvan, who is presently working in the Office of the first respondent as Assistant Training Officer in Madurai Region and has completed 18 years of service, has been invited to undergo one year training at the Office of the second respondent as per C.T.I (Semester Pattern Training) commencing in the month of August. Since his son and daughter are studying 12th and 10th Standard respectively, he has
given a representation mentioning his difficulty that not only he has school-going children, but also he has to look after his old parents. In the said representation, he also gave an undertaking that he would attend the training in the next year. Since his representation has been not answered, apprehending relieving orders from the hands of the fourth respondent, he has come forward with this petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the extraordinary domestic problems faced by him, the petitioner made written representations on 22.07.2016 and 28.07.2016, giving an undertaking to attend the training in the next year. Therefore, a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the same.
3. After taking notice, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that, if the petitioner comes forward with a written undertaking that he would, without any objection whatsoever, undergo the said training in the next year from the month of August, the respondent would consider the same.
4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and accepting the undertaking now given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner would readily undergo the training in the next year, the respondents are directed to consider his written undertaking that would be given within a week's time. The petitioner is directed to approach the respondents along with a copy of this order and on production of the same, the petitioner shall be retained this year and in the next year, he shall attend the training without fail.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
