Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order of the third respondent dated 05.02.2017 and quash the same in relation to the rejection of permission for performing Goat Fight/Kidamuttu on 25.02.2017 at N.Ayyampatti Village, Madurai District and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police permission and protection to the Goat Fight/Kidamuttu schedule to be held on 25.02.2017 at N.Ayyampatti Village, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.02.2017 and pass such further or other orders.
