Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDARAPANDIAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12563 of 2022 on 15.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition for two cases before Gudalur Police Station in bail and he seeks modification of the order passed by this Court dated, 15.07.2022.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12563 of 2022 on 15.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Gudalur South Police Station, Theni District daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
