[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure her daughter, namely, Rifaya Sahin, aged about 19 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged missing girl has now returned back to home and therefore, he is withdrawing this habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
