Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide drinking water, toilet, dress changing room for the devotees in Uppur Veyulugantha Vinayagar Temple, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.12.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to provide drinking water, dress changing room as well as toilet facilities in the temple which situates in Uppur, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that a representation has been given on 24.12.2016, but the same has not been considered and therefore this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to look into the representation dated 24.12.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of ten days.
