Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in Manthai Poromboke land comprised in Survey No.178/2 to an extent of 1 acre 43 cents and Survey No.178/4 to an extent of 96 cents totalling to an extent of 2 acres and 39 cents at Poosaripatti Village, Karumathur, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.
