ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to complete the investigation in Cr.No.571 of 2021 and to file the final report, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner and the accused are brothers and both claim title over the property. Therefore, the respondent Police has sought for the document from the petitioner. However, the petitioner has not co-operated and produced the document and therefore, they are not in a position to complete the investigation.
3.The present case has been registered in the year 2021. It is appropriate on the part of the respondent Police in asking the petitioner to produce the document. However, the petitioner has not co-operated with the investigation. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the investigation and the respondent Police shall complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
