ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole accused herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 392 r/w Sections 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1199 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner is a History Sheeter and having three previous cases and the present case is filed for commission of robbery against an Auto driver.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is involved in other crimes also.

CRL OP(MD). No.12790 of 2020 Crime No.1199 of 2020. It is not preferable to release the petitioner on bail. The investigation are in progress and there is likelihood of tampering the witnesses or evidences.
