PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2020 strictly in adherence with law as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2020 strictly in adherence with law as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if direction to the respondent police to take action on the complaint dated 11.09.2020.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.
4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any information from the respondents police.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents police are directed to communicate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.16021 of 2020 the closure report of the complaint to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can challenge the same in the manner known to law, if it is necessary.
6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
