This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to extend the petitioner's contract / lease period for collection of Daily Sandai Market fee for three years from the date of allotment to 30.06.2024 and fix the amount as paid earlier for the contract / lease period based on the representation made by the petitioner on 12.08.2021.
