For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.16 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners who arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 5 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 120(B), 406, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 472 IPC in Crime No.16 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that the petitioners along with other accused created forged documents in order to grab the property by registering document and submitted the said forged documents before the Court of law. Further, the investigation are in progress. A1 is arrested. Thus, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the present petition against A1 is not entertainable. As far as the other petitioners are concerned, it is not preferable to release on anticipatory bail.

3.In view of the fact that the forged document are being investigated by the respondents police and there is a possibility of tampering the documents or witnesses. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
