ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the Old Age Pension under Clause 18(2) from 15.04.2015 on the basis of the Form VII (See Clause 18(2)) Application given by the petitioner. 2.Today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already, the petitioner's claim has been rejected by the second respondent by an order dated 09.11.2015.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the same is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the second respondent, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
