This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to regularize the suspension period of the Petitioner from 26.12.2001 to 09.04.2002 in the light of proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.267/A2/2006, dated 11.09.2006 of the second respondent herein by considering the representation, dated 24.11.2009, 16.07.2012, 23.02.2015 of the Petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner has given a representations dated 24.11.2009, 16.07.2012, 23.02.2015 to regularize the suspension period of the Petitioner from 26.12.2001 to 09.04.2002 in the light of proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.267/A2/2006, dated 11.09.2006 of the second respondent herein and since the said representations did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass orders thereon. 5.In view of the submission, the respondents concerned is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 24.11.2009, 16.07.2012, 23.02.2015 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, preferably on or before 30.04.2017. No costs. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
