PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent who is trying to convert the dwelling house as Church in Re.Sy.No.26/7, Vengavilai, Kollal, Kanchampuram, Kanyakumari District vide the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent on the ground that he is trying to convert the dwelling house as Church.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent is not making any such attempt to convert the dwelling house into a church.
