DEEPAK.F, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties by the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tirunelveli, as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6091 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.476 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.8750 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not produce the sureties before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
