2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and 15th day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
