ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass an order to cancel the Sale Deed No.2876 of 2007, dated 05.04.2007, which stands in the name of fifth respondent.
2. The official respondents do not have the authority to cancel the said sale deed, as Section 77-A has been struck down. The only remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the Civil Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 17.06.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr 2/4
